Attitudes are deeply influenced by our values and intentions, which serve as guiding principles in our decisions and interactions.

To begin, take a moment to reflect on your current attitudes. Are they positive, negative, or neutral? Consider how these attitudes shape your daily experiences and relationships. Do they align with your core values, such as honesty, respect, and compassion? When your attitudes are in harmony with your values, your actions tend to reflect a greater sense of fulfillment and purpose.
